Do you accept individuals with criminal backgrounds or poor credit history?

Yes. We review applicants on a case-by-case basis and do not automatically disqualify anyone based on their past. We believe in providing real opportunities and second chances for individuals committed to positive life changes.

What is included with the monthly rent?

Rent includes furnished accommodations, basic utilities, and high-speed internet. Residents have access to communal areas including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and shared bathrooms.

Are the living accommodations private or shared?

Residents will have either a private or shared bedroom depending on current availability. All residents enjoy shared access to comfortable common living spaces.

How do I apply or submit a referral?

 

You can apply directly through our online housing application. We also welcome referrals submitted by family members, case managers, community advocates, and healthcare professionals. 

How long does the application review process take?

Once we receive all necessary information and supporting documentation, our team typically completes reviews within 1 to 5 business days.

How quickly can an approved resident move in?

Approved residents can move in as soon as a room becomes available and move-in requirements and intake agreements have been fulfilled.
